Local Shopkeeper — Low quality product sold and when went to complain started rude behavior and also kept the product

I bought 2 clothes from ( kailash cloth store) shop no 8, gurubagh varanasi.
The person sold me products with full guarantee. When one of the product came out of low quality, I reached to shopkeeper with both the products . He started behaving rude and also kept all the items he sold me.
I paid 800 rs in total. He has also not given any receipt for the sold items. He never gives full proof bill to any customer.
