I recently went to purchase a biscuit packet from a local shopkeeper in my area. But when i gave one 10rs note and two 5rs coins he denied to accept one of the 5rs coin by saying that this is not acceptable in the area and no one is going to accept this. I asked him why? Then he said he also did not know and he is following the step of other shopkeepers. He said that yes they all are making a mistake by not accepting the coin so i said that you are also doing the same thing. How can you say that i am not accepting the coin as there is no guideline from the central government. But he said that he will not accept the coin without any reason.
