Locanto — Ads not posting from new account

Ads not posting on Locanto and Locanto is ignoring my emails!
I opened a new account on Locanto yesterday and it says my ads have been successfully posted when in fact they are not showing up or getting views!
Then there is an automatic page coming up pushing me to pay for promoting ads!
Seems Locanto are getting greedy and if they refuse to post my free ads, it is impossible to trust them to pay them any money!
I will complain on all boards I can find until they stop this shameful behaviour!
