Cheated money for service in games

The guy from the service asked for money as i interested in that game.Once i paid he said to pay some money for insurance.Agian i paid the money he asked. Like wise he asked more money, due to the interest in the game i paid 61000 of my money.I asked him to refund my money as i dont trust him.Now he is not replying....

Refund of 1,10,671

1st, they asked for 499+3000
Then asked for 7500+7500 for mine and the girls' safety
Later on, again 15000 as the previous transaction was not done at once
Then they kept on asking for document verification, ID verification, GST, and what not
