[Resolved] Locanto — cheated through paytm

On April 8th 2019.I was cheated by Kumar [protected]. He shared some girls pics in WhatsApp and asked us to select the girls pic. After the payment he will take us to the girls place. I trusted him and paid 8000 thru my credit card. But after payment done he cut the call and blocked my number. I tried many times and no one lifting my call.
