Locanto — fraud advertisement - charging money, running sex racket of virtual phone sex and blocking on getting money

Hello - lady in name of tiya has given her number also. On messaging it takes the person to skype. There a big fraud is taking place where she is asking for money. After payment the person is blocked. Is locanto a site to promote and get business or a raand bazaar? Don't you check the profiles before fraudsters like this run a fake virtual phone sex racket?

Please take strict action against her because she has fraudulently taken money from a lot of people including me. Else a police complaint shall have to be lodged against the advertised which shall also hold you responsible for promoting such fraudulent content inspite of being notified.
