Locanto — Fraud people in locanto

I got this (+[protected] number in online for sex video call chat. I had chat with her on 7 th September 2020. She told me video call mean you can pay 1000 for 1 hr. Once I paid to her she not call, even I send lot message for video call, but she didn't accept my point. Kindly take an action to her. She told me her name is saraniya stayed in Chennai
