I book my service via locanto. Agent told me that your service has confirmed. Then they told me that sir you need id verification and you need to pay 8500 both of . Then they told me one by one step and i do that for my money back . I want a refund so they told me that yes sir it’s a refund process you need to complete it..! Total amount is 2, 14, 200 . I have their id card, pan card, adhar card, election card..! What should i do ?? I’ll gone a file case on them and locanto .
