[Resolved] Locanto — money fraud in name of service

At morning i took a number from locanto site and called it. They told me it will cost 4000 and then took extra 4000 in the name of security money. But no service was provided and they took extra 2000 and told they will return 10000 as a sum but now they have blocked my number. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Please take legal action and return my 10000. Screenshots provided below.
