Locanto — money taken 14000 but service not given

I saw a profile for escort service in your website they took 14000 from me and did not give me service and blocked my number so that i cannot contact them. However, i contacted them so many times but after my phone no. Was blocked i felt helpless. Kindly help me to get my money back or i am going to consumer court for the same and i will demand money from your company as you have listed these fake services on your website without any verification.
