Locanto — Not provide service

Sir I have visited Locanto site and then get a mobile no and ask for service and contacted the girl of no [protected] in that ad. She agreed to give personal service for One hour and told me to pay 500 as advance and remaining 1500 as cash given after service. I also agreed for this and paid 500 rs as advance in Google pay. Then she send me the location of a hotel in Bengaluru. I reached the location and called her. Then she ask to pay 12500 rs as security deposit. That 12500 rs also paid in Google pay. Then she ask me pay 4000 as room rent. I have paid 4000rs also. But service not given me. I have paid totally 21500rs. Service not given to me. I want the amount back to my account. These two persons are cheated me they ask 3200 more for the service but I am not ready to pay. Pls help me to refund the amount 21500 by these.
