Locanto — Refund cheated amount

Hello, I was told there is no hidden charge just service charge I reached the location and then he ask me for do both side deposit for me and girl 10500 and after I make payment he is asking me more deposit 10200 which is refundable I refuse to pay, then he is not revieving my call. I have take service too I have paid 2500 for device or 10500 for deposit, I want my money back 13k or else l'll Take strict action regarding this.
