Locanto — Refund not provided

I have paid 49300 amount to the locanto as the refundable amount to the upi id [protected]@upi.I have cancle the services but till after that the person is not refunding my amount the phone number of the person is [protected] .Please resolve the issue the provide me the refund for the same
