[Resolved] Locanto — refund of 23000 not given

I have been offered for personal services by locanto and the below account was credited by me as per discussion. However i later decided to cancel the account and as per earlier discussions the amount has to be refunded. Now they are telling lies and trying to earn more. Please tell me next course of action.
