Locanto — someone added my number in locanto please remove the number

Two days before i got a call that i am using locanto app and i am sending unwanted messages to other numbers in locanto. But i dont know whether i have created an account in locanto and i[censored]nknowingly i have created please block that locanto app from my number. Please check over my number soon and block those apps from my number
