a big brand name with no quality & facilities, and with the most pathetic customer service team !!!

to start with, the below mail sent by you guys, in which the subject line itself says that the house was ready for handover. Hence i decided to take the possession on 7th may 2019.
Now, the issues started from the entrance of the house itself !! imagine, a brand new house, with a big patch on the wall of the entrance, and the same patch on the frame of the main door !! what a way to handover the key - team lodha !!!

now take a note of all the pointers below which were noticed by us inside the house. (but unfortunately, your team could not even see one fault, while they took 15 days for the final touch up) by looking at this, i am yet to understand the meaning of final touch-up !!!

exhaust fan in the washroom, had some weird noise !!

air condition in the bedroom looked like a 2nd hand one !! flap of the ac was open, it had all the dust in it !! side body of the ac has stains on it !! now my question to you guys - while the ac remote was handed over to me with the house key, how & why was the ac flap open ???? and over it no cooling at all !!! in a bedroom, being smaller than a kids room, the cooling should be in 5 mins, but 30 mins of ac also couldn't cool such a small space !!! also, the ac itself is not fitted in a right way, its tilted from one side !!!

overall paint issue in the house. Stains on the wall in the bedroom !! no proper finish !! pathetic quality of paint used !! (again 15 days for the final touch-up... Like really ?????)

and for god sake - stop using this term "wooden flooring" while you guys sell your flats !!! its a cheap quality sheet used in the name of wooden flooring, which in my flat has already puffed & is almost about to come out from the skirting !!!

the bedroom door has a paint stain on it, which is highly unlikely to get off !!!

dirty stains on the tiles of washroom, as if someone has spat on it !!!

platform of the kitchen & the area below the basin, has all the cement stains on it.

Cement stains on your so called jaguar fitted taps !!!

3 out of 6 bulb holders given in the house, do not work !!!


and this was suppose to be the new house, with all the new fittings & an amazing technology !!! where, we came to do the puja for house warming, but along with that wasted our entire day, in running around for all the flaws the new house had, and still has !!

with every single hard earned penny paid by me, i get this in return from lodha ????? pathetic is not the word to this !!!
such a shame on your brand name !!! its worse than buying a resale property !! i believe resale properties are better than what you offer in the name of new !!!

and to add to all the above, your amazing pcma - 311 helpline, who just doesnt know how to talk to their customers !!! worse than a government organization !!!

all the above pointers have been filled in your form that was given to me on 7th may at the time possession.

I hope all the above will be sorted & fixed by your team asap, and not give us a chance to escalate this matter and put the same on social media platforms, for the world to know about such a nice service given to us by lodha !!!
