Logitech — B170 Wireless Mouse Not working & Poor customer service

Hi I bought Logitech B170 wireless mice on Jan 2021. It comes with 1 year guarantee. Yesterday it got some issue. the mouse scrolling is behaving oddly. i contacted customer support and not received good support.
