We booked a 2bhk flat in logix blossom zest - sec 143 noida in april 2012 and there are no sighs of possession for next 2-3 more years. We have put in our hard earned money in this project and still paying emi's every month with no hope of getting possession. The builder has claimed 90 % of the cost from us and we are almost bankrupt right now.
Is there any way that we can get our money back from the builder, so that we may invest in any other project.

You can file a case in the consumer forum against the builder and claim the total amount which you have paid till date + the interest to be charged on late possession as per the builder buyer agreement + compensation for mental agony.
