Logix Blossom Zest - Sector 143 Complaints & Reviews

I booked my flat in logix blossom ZEST in March 2011. It has been more than 10 years still not received the possession and Logix is again and again extending the possession date and currently they have evn stopped replyin to emails and calls. What should i do ? I want refund of my entire money now. Do we have some group where we can take some decision to file joint case....

We booked a 2bhk flat in logix blossom zest - sec 143 noida in april 2012 and there are no sighs of possession for next 2-3 more years. We have put in our hard earned money in this project and still paying emi's every month with no hope of getting possession. The builder has claimed 90 % of the cost from us and we are almost bankrupt right now.
