Lokmat — not crediting money in account. and withdraw amount with duplicate signature

I got the massage puk vima 38000 rs has credited, so i goes there to withdraw money on second day, i subbmited 30000 slip but there was only 11000 balance was showing so i asked branch manager who and how withdraw the money and asked for statement but he refused to give, then said him am going to file complaint on you, after that he immediately credited mone 21000 in my account
My mother also has ac in that
Branch, but manager refuses to submit mone he was asking me to bring your mother here for deposit
There is not any rule for person has to be there because pik vima send mone and it's bank has responsibility to deposit money but he is not deposi, but dmmoney, the person should present if he want to withdraw mony there nosuch rule to person has to be in bank, the money is sent from state government and bank has to be deposit it ithink as my account they had withdraw money from my mothers account, and saying i will not deposit money do what you want
