Longway — induction cooker not working and poor customer service

I purchased a Longway induction cooker from Flipkart in January 2024. On June 26, 2024, I reported an issue with the cooker not working properly. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Longway's customer service, my problem remains unresolved.

Timeline of events:
- June 26, 2024: Reported the issue and received ticket confirmation.
- June 28, 2024: Called helpline, told to wait another 24 hours.
- June 29, 2024: Called helpline again, assured I would receive a mail the next day.
- June 30, 2024: No mail received, called helpline again, told the mechanic was busy but would contact me the next day.
- July 1, 2024: Called helpline, told to wait until afternoon and mechanic might be changed.
- July 3, 2024: Called helpline again, told to wait another 3-4 days.
- July 8, 2024: Requested to speak with a manager, promised a call at 4 PM which did not happen.
- July 9, 2024: Promised a manager's call at 2 PM or 4 PM which again did not happen.

After numerous calls and follow-ups, I still have not received any satisfactory resolution. I demand an immediate resolution or a full refund for my product. This kind of service is unacceptable.
