I buy a longway mixer grinder in Flipkart, within 10 days, it is stop working.
I contacted Flipkart, there is no response.
I contacted longway customer care, no response
I have 1 yr warranty to claim.
Long way company providing false information to consumers having exchange of products if there is any issues.
And there are not implenting return policies
And there is no customer care support.
The govt should cancel the license like this companies who providing false information for consumers
