Hi, I am Amit Shantaram Dhamale was using Loop Mob service (for Mob No. [protected]) from last several years & now using vodafone service for same number. Cheque of Last outstanding payment of loop mob of Rs.1293 is lying with me since Dec 2014 as i dont have any information where to submit it. I already tried it to make the payment in Mohd Ali Road Loop Gallary but Its shut.     Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Sameer Satam has converted my 2 Loop numbers ([protected]/[protected]) into Idea last year Nov 2014. Now last 7 days receiving message from Idea that there are my outstanding payment (205 & 178 respectively) to pay. On several time asking of my details of outstanding I never received any satisfied reply neither from Loop nor Idea. I am ready to pay my outstanding but after receiving the details of my outstanding. Also they are send me one address only where I suppose to pay my bills but I am not in a condition to go there for payment. They are not providing me other mode of payment.       respected sir/madam, i have been a loyal customer of loop mobile since inception and have a huge amount in excess in my accounts the nos are [protected] and also includes a refundable security deposit of rs 3000/- also and almost rs 7000 excess amount paid similarly in nos [protected] excess amount of almost @rs 5000 excess is paid pls check exact amount paid in excess also excess amounts paid in nos [protected], [protected]/[protected]/[protected] and [protected] totally 7 nos refund was to be received in my allahabad account nos [protected] sion west branch of jeeghar l karani as all 7 accounts are in my name i have done porability in the end of november as i received an sms from loop mobile requesting me to do so as their company was closing operations but more than 2 months have passed yet i havent received any money refund back for excess amount paid for my 7 cell nos pls help me as i have been a good loyal customer of loop mobile my contact nos is [protected] if nos not reachable sms me or email me at [protected]@rediffmail.com

              Hi. There, Due to the closure of Loop mobile services in Mumbai, I was forced to port to another operator after so many years of satisfactory telephony service from loop. I placed a request for refund of my security deposit paid to Loop mobile somewhere in the last week of September '14 and was assured that the security deposit would be refunded in 60 working days. I am sorry to say that inspite of couple of visits to loop mobile gallery in December, I am yet to receive the security deposit.

                            Respected, Sir/Madam, I Vinayak Balkrishna Varghade wants to inform you that I had two Loop Mobile numbers-[protected], [protected] and as we were informed that Loop Mobile is going to close. I had given these numbers for Porting but we were told from Loop Mobile that we have to clear the Loop Bill before Porting I had clear the Loop Bill but my porting was not done of both the numbers and my Loop service of about two numbers was stopped for nearly one and a half month and now I have received a message that if I don’t pay the Loop Bill of Rs.325 and Rs.99 my mobile service will be disconnected But I want to know that when my Loop services of both the numbers were stopped then how your company has sent me a message that If I don’t pay your Loop Bill then my recent mobile services will be disconnected, After receiving this message I had gone to the Loop Gallery of Borivali (West), Chandavarkar Road to Enquire about this Bill but there I was told that they had no data about any customer I’m ready to pay the Bill if I get the Itemized Bill within 15 days as I want to know the call records before paying the above amount.Please do the needful as soon as possible.                                       I have two mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] FROM loop MOBILE. I have opted for porting to Vodafone. I have received a message from Vodafone that the application is accepted and forwarded to LOOP for clearance. I am yet to receive any message after that. Meanwhile, there is absolutely no network coverage from LOOP mobile and I am not able to call, send OR receive messages. I request you to inform me what action I have to take for immediate clearance for porting my number to Vodafone. Rajesh
