[Resolved] Loop Mobile — Complaint about KYC form submission | |||
I am Shilpa Vinayak Murudkar service in police Department in Mumbai. Your KYC system I have submitted my light bill as a address proof. But Your employee named Kesarkar working in Bhoiwada Mumbai Loop gallery. He misguide me. He told me that your documents are not compulsory to provide and this gallery have no rights to take documents. After some days I got your message about KYC submission. Then again I went to the same gallery Kesarkar told me that, now we allow to receive the documents. I have submitted my documents but Kesarkar didn't forward those documents. As a result my loop mobile outgoing calling disconnected. Again I enquire about documents, he said that your documents are not valid. I complaint against Kesarkar to manager of loop mobile gallery (his name is Dipesh Jadhav). But manager ignored my complaint and took Kesarkar's side Loop Mobile gallery detatails are: Loop mobile gallery, near Tata hospital, Parel(bhoiwada), Mumbai 400012 Manager: Dipesh Jadhav Kindly take necessary action against Kesarkar and his manager.
