[Resolved] Loop Mobile — EXCESSIVE BILLING | |||
THEY HAD CHARGED 129 AS VAS IN FORM OF GPRS. I HAD BEEN USING LOOP N TILL DATE MY GPRS USAGE NEVER EXCEEDED 50% OF ALLOTED PLAN, NOW THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR USING DOUBLE GPRS THEY ARE CLAIMING. THIS HAS HAPPENED AFTER I OPTED TO PORT OUT TO AIRTEL NETWORK. I HAVE WIFI AT OFFICE AS WELL AS HOME N HAD BEEN TRACKING THE NET USE. I ALSO NEVER DOWNLOAD USING GPRS NOR IS MY OTHER SERVICES ON MOBILE PHONE IS ON. ALSO WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 12 DAYS N PORTABILITY HAPPENED BEFORE THEIR BILLING CYCLE.
