Loop Mobile — Non receipt of refund amount due

My loop mobile account was 1.194706 (ID 189830) for my mobile #[protected]...your last bill # [protected] for the period 11/11/2014 to 29/11/2014 showed a credit balance of Rs 2109 as due to me...when I had checked with your gallery in Vile Parle in December just before porting out I was advised that the said credit balance of Rs 2109 will be paid to me once the porting process is completed...kindly advise me the status of the pending payment due to me at the earliest
