Loop Mobile — not refunding / transferring my balance

i [sajavudeen shaikh] please look into the matter seriously, when it will be taken over by airtel company usually the balance gets transferred in this case they are reluctant. [AMT; RS 5000/-] is the exact balance left. hoping for a positive reply. sajavudeen shaikh.
