Loop Mobile — Security Deposit | |||
I was a subscriber of Loopmobile and before that of BPL mobile.Customer No. 1.401140. I had paid Security Deposit of 3000/- ( Three Thousand only) during that period of obtaining a SIM card. Now that Loopmobile has stopped its services and I have ported to Airtel since then. I have NOT RECEIVED my Security Deposit money from Loopmobile since then as promised within 40 days of porting that is from November 2014. Pl. help me in this matter Thanks P. D. My Loop Mobile Customer ID is 69348, I had paid security deposit amounting to Rs.6500/- I was informed that Loop mobile would no longer function from Oct 2014 & therefore we need to port to other service provider. I ported to Airtel thinking that Airtel has taken over Loop & when asked for security deposit they said either loop mobile would pay or it will be transferred to Airtel. But till today there is no update on this issue. Loop mobile is not contactable. Kindly help!
