I bought l'oreal xtenso prokeratin + incell shampoo and masque. I use this product since last 4 yrs. But this time When I used it I got different fragrance which is not as same as usual. Also after shampooing hair texture got rough. And the most important thing that I found fungus in masque when I opened it. It is shocking for me. The mfg of my product is 26/03/2021 and expiry is 26/02/2024. I saw many of l'oreal duplicate product having a less price. But the one I purchased having a price as original product. Please guide me what I can do with this and how do I recognize the original product?

I recently purchased a bottle of 1.5 ltr from a vendor in sector 10 Faridabad. Shop name Tip top cosmetics shop no 57 sector 10. I have a complaint regarding the shampoo. The shampoo content were not original and it has damaged hair on very wash. The shampoo stays sticky even after several wash. The vendor has refused to refund. I recently dyed my hair with V38 dye by loreal. I followed directions and when washing rinsed until water became clear. Well since then I have washed my hair 3 more times and everything when washing red/violet color comes through in water so I rinse until clear. This happens eventime I use shampoo.

There's this de charms L'oreal salon in Hyderabad jubilee hills .
Claiming to specialise in hair extensions .
Went there with my 16" hair topper to get it styled .
This guy there has no clue how to style it
Chopped it so short ...gave it in my hand and told it's done .
Thse salon is also so badly kept.
Not like loreal .
I expected loreal standards and
Visited the place
I regret it .
Would appreciate if loreal took responsibility and reimburse for my extensions .
Also if someones using your name and being unprofessional it isn't a good practice you are allowing
I feel cheated .

I purchased both the clear and the pink only to get home and find that your products did not have any kind of seal. No clear plastic over the twist cap or clear tape - nothing. I found this very disturbing especially since a lot of the items I purchase usually have double seals to ensure no tampering or anything like that. Please refund as I do not feel comfortable using these products as someone could have used it in the store and I would not have any way of knowing it. Plus freshness . . . no seal (?) very disappointing.
It was $7.99 each at the Walgreens that I purchased it from in Sarasota.

Hello sir, i had brought prokeratin Liss shampoo but this time there was not foam generated as it was, also smell was very light compare to previous one i doubt this product is duplicated or adulterated for making profit .also whole product may be duplicate, it may spoil loreals reputation and market, you have to check with all beauty stores and medical stores also from ur salon in india

I ordered 2 hydroponic serum bcoz I love the product and I'm using it since 3 or 4 months but this time when I open the product it was in yellow
I don't understand why it's in yellow I checked every where it should be normal like water but it's in yellow and the I feel the consistency is also different I'm not feeling that I have applied this serum
I think it's fake product
And I want to report it as a complaint

And I would request you to take action against it and refund my money.

I used this cream ONCE in the morning and by the afternoon my face had started to sting and burn. I woke up the next morning with burns on my face and under my eyes. One week later I am still suffering. I have been unable to sleep and the pain has been unbelievable. I've had to cancel work and personal appointments due to not being able to wear makeup or feeling well enough to go out after all this time in lock down! I have used many products over the years - including Boots No 7, Olay etc and have NEVER had a reaction like this. This product should be taken off the market! I am aged 53 - I dread to think what would happen to younger skin.

Updated by Sharryann I would like a warning to go to all customers and get the produce removed from sale. A refund for the product and compensation for the pain and discomfort caused by this product. I have missed out on social events and had to take time off work too! Perhaps I should be sent soothing products to calm the face down? I have now read that these reactions have been going on for years and years and nothing has been done about it! Loreal need to take responsibility for this product before someone has irrepairable damage. My face is still sore and peeling and I this has affected my mental health as I can't stand looking in the mirror or going out of the house.

Further, it is very important here to note that my father used it as per the instructions and guiliance of your brand, despite of that its not working on hair means he kept colour for minimum 30 mint on hair and after the wash its faded to the extent of 100%, so how it is acceptable with such a brand.

Furthermore, the product submitted with the provisional store as informed herein above.
You are requested to do the needful as soon as possible without any delay.

I am Dr. Sukhdev Kumar Verma working in Fortis Hospital Mohali. I am 58 years old and now 80% of my hair are white or grey and I am using this brand for more than 2 years. Previously, I was using Loreal Casting color.

This time it has no effect on hair color. I applied it as usual but there was no change in color of my hair.

I purchased loreal series expert shampoo and hair mask from karnal. Before using this shampoo and mask I had been used Loreal xtanso care shampoo and hair mask. I am Loreal user customer but your expert series shampoo and hair mask are not suiting me and I washed my hair 2 time with it. And the shopkeeper are denying to exchange my product. Hello, I bought this product from Boots the chemist in Hereford last week, hoping for amazing results. I have been using the cream every day since. I am now experiencing swollen red skin around the eyes, sore eyes. I feel like someone has hit me in my eyes. I do not have any known allergies. I have also heard this has happened to other people so I can only presume there is something wrong with the product ingredients.

Should I take this product back to Boots the chemist and talk to the pharmacist?

I purchased my hair color less than 1 year ago and the product was more than discolored when I went to use it. it was a red color. The color that I use is Medium Ash Brown. I also had a half tube from less than 1 month ago that did the same thing. Same storage, etc...
I have been using this product for years and have never had this problem. Store and procedure has been the same (no temperature change in the closet, etc...)

When I again checked manufacturing and expiry date I found it do not match with color and developer's date . It is unbelievable from such a reputed international brand. It is also written on packet that this product is not for ind. sale. What does it means? If it is not for sale how this product came to market ? Some big game of black marketing is being played to malign the brand
