Hi all. I request you to stop this loreal product asap, i have lot many issues with loreal product since the big stars were promoting this product i thought it ll be the best one but the fact is its the worst shampo, worst smoothening products, worst conditioner etc etc.

Please stop this brand asap, i lost my hairs, my hairs turned into white. Not only mine but even my sisters, cousins also experienced the same.

I just hate this loreal brand, its a worst one

      I had purchased a Loreal Boost mousse...I like the product but after about 1/3 of the container's usage, I cannot get any more product to spray out. The product is so fabulous that I have gone out and purchased another container but each time this same thing happens. Do you think that this product will be improved so that the whole container can be utilized?

      Loreal Paris — Im complaining abt loreal paris hair color

      This is the 3 rd time im using loreal paris hair color but it has not effwct...my hair color is still the same...first i though its my hair but other colors work apart from loreal paris...this was the 3 rd time i wasted my money

          I had purchased Loreal paris shampoo in May and got the voucher of 2 free movie tickets which was valid till 31st july 2015 and I registered for those 2 times and they rejected the booking for some technical reason and they extended the voucher validity till 04th august 2015 and till today also i have not got any response from them despite many calls and e mail. I have also enclosed my my e mail below which i had write to them This is to inform you that i had given my choice for the movie for 3rd and 4th August for Bajrangi Bhaijaan and according to your protocol you have to inform me within the next 48hrs from my choice of booking, but i regret to inform you that Its been 6 days and till today i had not received any confirmation or any communication from your side about the movie bookings and despite many calls from last 4 days i had not even got to talk to any of your executive about the booking or the procedure. So, you are requested to kindly update me the status regarding the booking of the movie at the earliest as the date i had choosen was 3rd AUGUST 2015 which is today and 4th AUGUST 2015 which is tomorrow.             I purchased Loreal products as they promised 2 free movie tickets. I registered for those and everytime, they reject the booking for some technical reason. My other friends have also told me the same thing. They are not giving any movie tickets, just luring people to buy their old products with this unethical marketing strategy of luring people into false promise. Date of purchase: 10 June 2015

              Sir/ma'am Yesterday on 8/07/15, when I asked the shopkeeper to give me a L'Oreal face powder, he provide me a L'Oreal pertitude crème face powder worth rs 120. But when I searched this product on internet I found that there is no product like this selling by this company.I'hv doubt that someone is using the name of the company to sell local product.This prduct don't have any MRP written on it as well as there is no name of manufacturing location and manufacturing date and expiry date.please do something to stop further selling of this product.it may be harmful to use.and I am going to return this product to the shopkeeper. Thanks. I am giving you the pictures of this product too.

                There was free movie ticket offer with l'oreal product, when we bought it we got a voucher which needed to be registered with www.lorealparis.cinerewardz.com, after registering we received a mail and as per their instruction we provide our two choices for movie ticket, but without showing any reason our request for tickets has been cancelled, we are informed through a sms, there after no reply in mail when we want a clarification for the same, It is not the proper way. Allow us to work on your Movie options and we’ll get back to you within the next 48 hrs. You will receive an Email and a SMS confirmation with your E- ticket/Booking ID Number. We always try our level best, but please excuse us if we were to accommodate you on one show earlier/later than your preferred one.                 We are facing a similar issue. We received an acknowledgement mail after making the booking response which mentioned that they will get back within 48 hours. Its been more than 96 hours and no response has come through. The preferred date of movie has also passed. We tried calling on the number provided but nobody is picking it up. L'oreal must be banned from market for this unfair marketing practices.
                The same thing happened with us. Rewardport and Nina Kurikesu are fraud.

                  I had hair fall problem so I bought Loreal Paris Fall Repair shampoo which caused even more hair fall. My hair used to be thick and now it has become thin. This shampoo is useless. This shampoo does not do even 1% of what it says. I want refund and compensation.

                    i got re-bonding done from l'oreal on Jan 26 and they did horrible job and charged me 12000. i don't know is this fixable or not. three years i got re-bonding done from the same place and he did excellent job but this time i was other guy and it is not good . i want my hair fixed or refund.

                      i am pratibha basically from dehradun living in Chandigarh . i am a regular user of l'oreal total repair shampoo and conditioner and my sister too. The product is too good but the problem is that the benefits u are giving to consumers the shopkeepers are not conveying it . I know about your offer free conditioner with shampoo but on Saturday i bought the shampoo from sec 20 c market Chandigarh , product no is TOTAL REPAIR SHAMPOO - B[protected]/2012 AND TOTAL REPAIR CONDITIONER NO B[protected]/2012 but i didn't get the free conditioner because the shopkeepers are selling the conditioners separately knowing the fact that there is a note on back side of bottle that this is not for India sale... i asked the shopkeeper about the offer but he denied it ..this is second time m not getting benefit of your offer . i think like me there are many other girls who are not getting this offer just because of shopkeepers greediness. please u have to take strict action against shopkeepers ..otherwise i will complain in consumer forum that i am getting the benefit of the offer given by l'oreal India .

                        We took an inaugural offer of this salon called L'oreal Needs Beauty Salon of Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (in the basement of 6 to 10 retail shop) of 10 services for Rs. 1000 last year. Initially they were welcoming but right before one month from the expiry date of our privilege card, they stopped taking our calls and denied us prior appointments for the services. The lady who runs it was very rude. This is how these people cheat and even brings a bad reputation to the name of the company they are using to promote their 'so called salons.' I feel cheated and betrayed. If this is how we are treated after purchasing a Privilege Card of a Salon, denied of the services we are entitled to, then how can we trust any other company offering us such 'Privilege Cards'. These type of activities must not be tolerated and some strong actions should be taken against them.

                          L'OREAL — Traffic block causing risk to school children

                          I run a school for the underprivileged in Anupam Gardens in the neighborhood there is a godown of L'OREAL PRODUCTS and other goods. Often heavily loaded trucks are parked in the lane causing traffic block preventing school bus to enter inside thus the bus drops off children on the main road causing risk to the children.
                          Then these truck drivers pass lewd comments on young school girls making it difficult even to walk by.
                          This is affecting my daily school activity
                          The said owner is highly connected any number of police complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
                          I earnestly request the authorities to take some serious action
                          big international fraud. should be shunted out of the country

                            BEAUTY SALOON NAMELY "L'OREAL PROFESSIONAL NEW LOOKS UNISEX SALOON" RUNNING AT JODHAMAL COLONY, PATHANKOT (PUNJAB) ISSUED ME A BROCHURE NO 220 ON[protected] FOR RS. 500/- OFFERING VARIOUS SERVICES TO BE AVAILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. BROCHURE WAS TAKEN ON ASSURANCE THAT PRODUCT OF L'OREAL WILL BE USED AND CONSIDERING THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY.

                            HOWEVER ON OUR VISIT TO THE SALOON ON[protected], THE OWNER OF THE SALOON TOLD ME THAT YOUR CARD HAS EXPIRED. WHEN TOLD THAT SIX MONTHS WILL EXPIRE ON 07/09/2011, HE SHOWED ME A CLAUSE IN THE BROCHURE WHICH SAYS 'IN CASE OF MISUNDERSTANDING, THE DECISION OF THE MANAGEMENT IS FINAL AND BINDING. HE NOT ONLY MISBEHAVED WITH ME BUT ALONGWITH HIS WIFE & STAFF ALSO MANHANDLED ME. DURING MY PREVIOUS VISIT TO THIS SALOON, NO L'OREAL PRODUCT IS EVEN USED. EVEN I DON'T FIND ANY COMPLAINT SITE OF L'OREAL. THIS IS BIG FRAUD BY SUCH A COMPANY LIKE L'OREAL AND LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICES. IS THIS INTERNATIONAL LOOT WITHOUT ANY REDRESSAL MECHANISM.

                              Firstly, when you have AMMONIA-FREE in bold print on the pack of your products that do not contain Ammonia, likewise, a product containing Ammonia should have CONTAINS AMMONIA in bold print on the pack. Secondly, one doesn’t expect a product from a company of repute like L’Oreal containing a harmful product like Ammonia. The consumer shells out so much of money for your products thinking that they are quality products. I’m sure the hair experts at your know about the nasty smell the hair gives off after coloring it with a product containing Ammonia. It’s awful!! If I was looking for a product containing Ammonia, I would have settled for any other brand which would have cost me much less. I want my 500 bucks back!!!!

                                dear all i was alredy having good hair but bit wavy i have visit one of the parlor in vadodara that is loreal parlor located near inox named as scissors and comb that guy doesnt know anything about hair smoothning when i have asked him clearly that i would not like to go for hair straightning i.e. pocky straight but smoothing which gives ur hair natural look . he has started my treatment without having full knowledge about my hair he ask to do it to his helper in the parlor who are not properly trained .my hair got fizz after treatment now am totally upset as am getting severe hair fall just after 4 days of the treatment i need sujjestion regarding my damaged hair as well as what do i do with that fellow shall i ask for reembersement for this

                                  I want to register a complaint for a chandigarh sector-40 c salon regarding the coupons they have issued to us on paying Rs.500/- .They are providing the worst services.They are just worried about their time not about customer services.I have gone for manicure which they have finished in just 10 min.and for facial they have taken only half an hour and when we complaint about it they said this is the only criteria which we used.please see into the matter otherwise just close down the saloon .its just sheer wastage of our money.AND ONE THING FOR THE LOREAL COMPANY JUST DONT GIVE YOUR FRANCHISE TO SUCH STUPID PEOPLE WHO DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW LOOK AFTER THE CUSTOMER

                                  Loreal — mis selling by one of its vendor

                                  one of the vendor of loreal is cheating its customers . Loreal one the shampoo which is for colour protection and it comes in dark red colour. there was a scheme by loreal which was selling its shampoo and conditioner in a pack , and the conditioner was free with the shampoo. whith 00.price printed on it. what this store has done , broken the pack and selling the shampoo seperately for Rs 130 price tag stuck to it.

                                  the name of the store is Radha Krishna Store located in bengali market new delhi. I think consumers of loreal are being taken for a ride by this unscrupulous store. Loreal needs to look into it asap. as i guess only few pieces are left from this pack. the facility provided by loreal is not reaching the consumers.

                                      Hi my name is Sabina , I had purchased this loreal castin creme colour on 9th july 2010 from GOKUL MEDICAL KANDIVLI EAST, as per the instructions i applied this colour & even washed it thereafter as per booklet instruction which was found inside the color box, but i was very annoyed with the product as there where no results at all ,my hair color remained the same black as it was before.ALSO Nutri GLoss shampoo was not given which was shown on the box but some different Loreal ANTI FRIZZ SHAMPOO..Big Brands like Loreal which is famous worlwide and is a international brand aswell should not make false promises n sell their product this way...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com...thanks

                                        Hello

                                        I have been using loreal creme casting hair color, shade darkest brown, for quite some time.
                                        However, i wish to state that thought he package mentions 'lasts for 28 washings' my hair color will not last more than 2-3 washing if i wash it twice a week. I would like to know on what basis is the product manufacturer making such claims and if they are making such claims why is it not applicable in my case.

                                        I have used L'oreal Casting Hair Color, but its staying not less than 5 days. After 5 days gray hair as usual showing. I want your suggestion that what type of color I will use in near future. Your reply is most valuable for me.
