L'Oreal — free movie ticket offer not proper

There was free movie ticket offer with l'oreal product, when we bought it we got a voucher which needed to be registered with www.lorealparis.cinerewardz.com, after registering we received a mail and as per their instruction we provide our two choices for movie ticket, but without showing any reason our request for tickets has been cancelled, we are informed through a sms, there after no reply in mail when we want a clarification for the same, It is not the proper way.
