L'oreal — Shampoo and hair mask related problem

Hello sir,

I purchased loreal series expert shampoo and hair mask from karnal. Before using this shampoo and mask I had been used Loreal xtanso care shampoo and hair mask. I am Loreal user customer but your expert series shampoo and hair mask are not suiting me and I washed my hair 2 time with it. And the shopkeeper are denying to exchange my product. With using your expert shampoo my hair is falling with huge quality and some reaction also in my hair after using it. What should I do ? Please recommend me ?
