[Resolved]  L'oreal — Excellence hair color

I purchased my hair color less than 1 year ago and the product was more than discolored when I went to use it. it was a red color. The color that I use is Medium Ash Brown. I also had a half tube from less than 1 month ago that did the same thing. Same storage, etc...
I have been using this product for years and have never had this problem. Store and procedure has been the same (no temperature change in the closet, etc...)
Sally's Beauty will not replace the product. It was ordered on 5/2020.
