I have placed an order on facebook regarding beats bluetooth speaker and bose wireless earbuds which is completely not send to me its a false product that they have given me and no earbuds also. This is complete fraud on their end they charged me 1880 for this cheap stuff of no brand and also did not send me my bose wireless headsets also. I want them to be under consumer court

I want my money back.
Please help me on this..
