We have purchased a brand new 'Oppo A38' in a nearby Lot store located in Thorrur village, Mahabubabad district. However, we decided to return it before 24 hours of purchase but was unable to do so as the manager was unavailable. When I revisited the store on 09.04.2024 which is the day o[censored]gadi, I was verbally abused & was posed a physical threat by the manager of Lot mobiles - Thorrur, who also self declared himself as the sole authority of Lot Mobiles and added that mobile won't be taken under any condition even though it is mentioned so in Lot Mobile store's return policy.
I wonder what would be the situation of the innocent villagers who have no idea on either mobiles or return policies of gadjets, when a graduate like me who knows about company policies is even unable to raise a request with Lot management. Therefore, I sincerely ask on behalf of all such customers(Innocent villagers/farmers in this case) that this has to be taken seriously and the manager of the Lot mobiles 'Thota.Anil kumar' should be punished accordingly making sure that this won't be repeated with any other customer.

Lot mobiles at station road branch, khammam, -management doesn't have work appearance
Very neglecting the costumers after the payment.
Lot mobiles will lost big deals through out this branch
So take an action about that negligency

Hello Team,

Lot mobiles is not responding to my request from last week. I have purchased a mobile from this store, lately I came to know that IMEI number on the Bill is not matching with the Mobile that I'm holding. I came to know this when I'm claiming for Warranty. Looks like no one is responding. Please do needful.

When I go to the store, they are asking to pay 2000 rupees to get this resolved. This is really Bad service.

This is regarding the bad situation I had to go through over phone call to your store 1 at nellore beside Narthaki theatre.
I purchased a mobile at your stores on 31st July and I was not given a bill stating that will get a link on whatsapp which did not happen.
After regular follow up with the stores today I got the bill after heated conversation.
One of the staff at the stores was so adamant that he didnt want to reveal his name or give the call to the sales person who ever sold the mobile to me after an heated arguement he sent the bill and handed over the call to one of the managers at the store with whom I lost my cool and said the earlier person was answering with a thick headed attitude and the manager started warning me stating that he will take legal actions for using foul language. The word i used is balisi in telugu and if that is a foul language and he wants to take a legal action am I wrong to ask for the bill. Please revert on the same if not let the person take legal action as needed and I do have the recorded conversation of the past 3 days where I was asking for the bills which is my right.

Brought TV from Lot Mobiles on 25 Feb 2022 for Rs 13499 with 2 years warranty on the product and TV stopped working after 3 months. We have approached Lot mobiles for repair/service as per the warranty period but Lot mobiles is refusing to provide the service. Request consumer helpline to help us to resolve the issue as Lot mobiles representatives are not helpful to resolve the issue. Iam working as vivo promoter in kurnool. I want to tell something about today one girl who came to join in lot mobiles kurnool. Because I worked in lot mobiles sir. The girl who came from bnew mobiles she has affair with employee in store name ramesh already marriage also over for ramesh. After knowing this company was changed store to his from knl2 to knl3 again here also started one affair. She trapped one person in love told we can marry after that she given hand. Same issue two times happened in store. So many issues happened in store. Police case also running in station.family issues also happened. because of that girl starting one senior promoter was shuffled. She kept distrubancs in families also. One person who worked 5 years in this field he left manager job because of that girl. I hoped the lot company rules are very good and employees also very good. Request from my side pls don't accept this type of person sir. Take enquiry on that girl before taking into job sir.
Our lot store manager also helping the girl because of someone hr.. Tl reference. Knl lot managers ki teliyakunda enquiry chesukoni miki ok ante job lo thisukondi sir.

I have purchased mi note 10 s at bhimavaram lot mobile shop. I bought insurance 1 year screen and displayreplacement. Your sales man is cheated. He not insured one year. He kept money in pocket. I think his name mohan. I have proof also. Normal chating.

They was taken amount for product but it was not working on the product I’m asking him they said roude answer on me near Subhash road store they was cheated on me

And here i visit just now no one clear my issue. They saying tomorrow will update.
And that time we have paid the insurance amount. But policy not generated
In future we never step in to entire lot mobiles in pan India.

And i want my insurance policy from one assist insurance company.

I have paid 500rs in advance to lot mobiles in adilabad for mi 43 4x tv, the agent has said that, i[censored] don't want tv I will return ur advance money and the tv is taking lot of time to delivery in store and saying that tv is coming this take a week.so I cancel the order.so he is not returning my advance money. Purchased a 1+ nord mobile on 29.10.2020, cost Rs.30000/-with my SBI debit card...at Lot store, Santoshnagar...as Mr Akram promised 5% cashback offer on any SBI card.But he swapped total Rs.30000/- through his machine ...when i gave my card to him.I objected for not deducting Rs.1500/- as cash back offer.But he said ...it will be paid back within 90 days...now It is nearly 180 days upto 29.04.2021...but not get it...store people not solving the issue properly...

I tried to reach out kurnool lot mobiles service provider but he is not at all responding to calls messages etc.. actually some cash back amount need to credit to my account already 6 moths passed away but he is not at all taking any action not even responding to calls

I'm not happy with your services, as a customer I expect some respect and some discount or complimentary. But the things are not going through. I have per-booked Vivo X60 Pro on 27 March 2021, it is the minimum responsibility for you people to keep follow up with the customer once the product is launched, but the thing in my case I have to approach your store on a daily basis to check the status of my loan application. Due to the pandemic, I lost my job so as usual there are few check bounces so I’m not eligible to avail loan. Requested your staff to check the eligibility for finance on my wife’s name, they took almost a week days time and the final confirmation was rejected. During the loan process, I asked them if they want, I can get someone from my family or friends for this loan process till 3rd April. All the things went wrong and on Sunday I visited your LOT mobiles to purchase X 60 pro, they offered me a discount on 27 March, but when I’m ready to purchase they told me that you will not get any offer, so went to big C and they offered me straight away 20 k. I hope LOT Mobile and BigC both are sister companies if big c is giving discounts, then why lot mobiles will not give. The worst part is I asked to give there-print of the per-booking bill copy, the executive approached his manager and explained the scenario which happened from the beginning, he refused to give are-print and gave the amount to that executive directly. I expect as a manager he should approach the customer to convince them but the same thing did not happen and I don't know how he became a manager. I called up your customer service to escalate it but they gave ASM a number to speak to him. I spoke to him on 04April and he promised me that he will be back in Hyderabad by 7th April and will meet on 8th April, till now he hasn’t called me and nobody called me till today to refund that 2000 rupees, which I paid for per-booking. This is the last option I hope I will have a resolution on the above issue, if not I have all the proofs, and I will take it further.

When iam going a store they are not giving to respect to customs please remove the workers and keep the new workers
