My self venkat, i bought a new mobile from lot mobiles chintal ganesha nagar hyderabad
First i asked the lot executive that i need a mobile with an exchange offer i had noticed x play to exchange and they agreed with that, i bought my new mobile vivo y69, all billing was done later they told me that we had no facility like to exchange in the shoreroom we had third party and we will show him if he agree we'll sell him, it's been a week that i bought the mobile till now the mobile wasn't sold, if the lot executive told me at the time of purchase that we had a third party to sell mobiles and if he agrees only i can able to sell then i might do something else but he told me after the billing so what could i do now, i'd been roaming around lot from a week, the manager also responding rash, i want to know whether my phone will be exchanged or not, if not i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court, i am expecting your response very soon otherwise i'll do what i want to do
