Lotto Sport — bad quality

I bought vertigo black running shoes and it get damaged suddenly while doing aerobics in gym. It make me feel lot of dissapponiment in front of crowd. And it is only 4 months old. I want company to replace them and solve my issue. If lotto is realy consumer caring company it will solve my issue. I have invoice copy too. I called them and also email them firstly they respond now they did not even respond. They should be responsible about there customer.
