Lotto Sport — Poor quality of shoe

Kindly find attached the poor status of lotto shoes gifted to me just last month on my birthday which puts a question mark on it's quality. As opposed to the quality standards of lotto, this is obviously not what was expected when investment in brands like these are made. Therefore, its my sincere request to you to please provide a legitimate solution to it asap... :-)
