Lotus Electronics, Nagpur — Water purifier

Updated by Shruti Shamkuwar This is in accordance with "aquasure" water purifier that i purchased a month back from lotus electonics, nagpur. I purchased it on 3rd april, 2017. And the guys delayed the installation as it was gudhipadwa.. later the guys delayed the installation sayin that there was an urgent need of pressure booster and hey charged me 2600 for it
.. so it took 10 days for the installation.. i asked these guys of lotus electronics to replace the product but they abruptly declined sayin, " since the catridge is installed, and its 10 days since the installation it cant be replaced!".. now the purifier has 40-60 ratio of inlet - outlet which simply means wastage of water.. i keep on doing a follow up askin the lotus guys to get this rhing replaced and they deny the fact of replacing claiming that the company wont allow them as they are dealers..
