Sir,
My name is alish ingole i purchased acer laptop from lotus store shankar nagar nagpur on 30/6/2017...
Got defective product when i taken that laptop from 1st day i am facing same problem like curser not moving properly and that curser selecting automatic anywhere that thing i told to shop keeper on the same day. Exeutive said this is manufacturing defect i'll get new laptop till now...

This is in accordance with "aquasure" water purifier that i purchased a month back from lotus electonics, nagpur. I purchased it on 3rd april, 2017. And the guys delayed the installation as it was gudhipadwa.. Later the guys delayed the installation sayin that there was an urgent need of pressure booster and hey charged me 2600 for it
