Lotus Multispeciality Hospital — Poor administration - no queue system

I visited the OPD to meet a doctor. I was at number 2. As soon as the first patient went in the cabin, 3 more patients came in the OPD and they told the reception that all they want to do is show the test reports.

I was a bit concerned but did not object. The reception allowed all 3 to visit the doctor and they all took over 45 mins full consultation.

Hospital administration must understand that unless there's an emergency, they must follow a queue no matter what. A doctor gives sometimes preliminary treatment and expects further treatment or decision based on test reports. So anyone coming with reports for follow-up is still a patient in the queue.

Hospital administration is expected to improve their process and follow first come first serve unless it's an emergency.
