Lotus Multispeciality Hospital Complaints & Reviews

I visited the OPD to meet a doctor. I was at number 2. As soon as the first patient went in the cabin, 3 more patients came in the OPD and they told the reception that all they want to do is show the test reports.

I was a bit concerned but did not object. The reception allowed all 3 to visit the doctor and they all took over 45 mins full consultation.

I refer to this Lotus Hospital situated at Pimple Saudagar. I have two concerns.
1. For OPD patients, everyone is given the same slot for doctors appointment. So the place gets crowded right in the beginning. I have overheard several other patients telling the reception the same thing. Dr X & mention of same time as given appointment

2. For doctors who sit on first floor, there's no patient management system...
