I bought a Mens belt by Louis Philippe site and the belt was delivered on time. But i returned and didnt accept it as it was a worng one and it has reached the Warehouse of the Louis Philippe which is acknowledege by their customer support team and also through my onlne account. I had requested for a refund it is almost 9 days that no refund was initiated inspite of many calls from my side. The customer service people are giving saying they are working on it. I urge all not to buy any more Louis Philippe Products online fro their site as they are not prepared to handle any returns nor any competency at customer service. Was this information helpful? |
