[Resolved] Louis Philippe — Ranchi store staff cheet with customers points

As on there was 2148 points in my a/c but when today as on 17.12.2014 i checked my points than i found only 266 points in my a/c

So i heard they are cheating with customer points and today its happen with me as well as other customer.

I lost my point where as i did not purchase and redemed.

Ranchi store manager is not good with customer...His attitude is very arrogant which is against the customer expectations..Therefore being a regular customer of louis philippe it is not expected...Take serious action on this.
