I too bought a Louis Phillipe slippers from a mall in hitec city hyderabad for 3200, and with in 2-3 months its lost its color and showing patches, so ugly to look at!
Even a 100 rupee slipper would be better than this i am showing everyone why not to buy this brand,
And i had even bought a brown belt the color is intact but the buckle becomes loose always so no use of even using that belt so shameful of such a brand seems...

I bought a pair of shoes for 6998 at Louis Philippe Thangmeiband Imphal on 12 December 2023. However it has started forming patches in the soles and they are growing. It is looking dirty like I have stepped in a mud. I request the esteemed management to help.me according to company policy.

Not Refunding my money.
I placed a order from your LP app but due to some technical issue the payment was not conformed from your end and my 750Rs from LP was expiring on 25th Oct and I was placing the order on 24th Oct but due to some tech issues at your end the payment was nor confirmed and after that i was not able to create another order.

I have got 1500 points for birthday month from website which have validity for whole month but they deduct my points on 12th day of the month.
Similarly I have got 1000 points for survey from they released which have validity for 2 months but they deduct those points in 1 month.
I contacted them via chat support available on website and app, call support, email support and grievances officer mail but they told me that we can't do anything about it, we don't have power to revert back points, I ask them to transfer call to their senior, they told me to wait until we arrange the call but nothing happened.
They are just fooling me, and they have done the same thing with some of my friends too.
Similarly I have got 1000 points for survey from they released which have validity for 2 months but they deduct those points in 1 month.

I ordered a Sweat shirt on Louis Philip app on 03/02/2023 (Order ID[protected] and the same has been delivered to me on 06.02.2023. I live in Singapore, My wife had a plan to visit my home town (Tiruttani)during vacation hence I had ordered few men pants on 15/Jan/2023 from Louis Phillippe direct website and estimated delivery date was shown 27Jan2023 hence we didn't track the order closely until end of jan, 2023. My orders is not been delivered to my address till date. but order status in their website shows products are already delivered on 15Jan2023. I have sent email to their helpline mail id. after few days, they sent me the proof of delivery documents with Fake signature of my husband without ID proof attachment.
I gave my Father's home address, his name and contact No. he didn't receive any calls and proof of delivery stated that items were collected by me. how is that possible when i am in Singapore.
they cheated me 7000INR. I want to get back my money/ products that I purchased.

I had ordered a louis Philippe T shirt from their website. Quality was not good. Even though I already cancelled my order before my items delivered. But it's delivered. Now I am trying to return it but they are not showing option to proceed. I think they are just fraud. Their services are so bad.

Refund not received for returned shirt which was damaged

I bought a white shirt on 14-oct-2022 from https://www.louisphilippe.com. It was delivered on 18-oct-2022 with defects, multiple stain marks on the shirt. I have uploaded the pictures here for reference. I immediately initiated a return on 18-oct-2022. The shirt was picked up by their agent on the next day. Till date I have neither received the refund nor have I received any reply when I send a query through their customer support page on the website and again no reply to my repeated emails to their customer care email id corporate.[protected]@abfrl.adityabirla.com. Last week I have even copied Mr Vipul Batra's on the repeated reminders but to no avail. The item cost is Rs 3249. I have no idea how to list all the things wrong in this entire process. I will list a few -
- How can a reputed premium brand send an item without any quality checks with so many defects.
- Instead of compensating for their grave overlooking of the quality, they make me waste so much time running after them for my refund.
- There is no staff to answer calls, answer emails.
- No shame despite all the above issues being such a reputed brand. Now I am wondering how did the brand get a good reputation.
- Even the boss is too busy to understand that there is something seriously wrong with the company when a customer is directly emailing him. Shouldn't he be worried why a customer would have to copy him on a otherwise routine process?
Hopeless shameless irresponsible stealing people. Refund the amount.

I had placed the order on 22/10/2022 for jacket (full black) order id 6992517 through louis Philippe app and the jacket was delivered to me on 26/10/2022 but as i opened the parcel the jacket was different as shown in the image and i applied for returning the product and all the labels and price tags were intact but on 27/10/2022 the return delivery person said that i have to return the same jacket as shown in the image as i showed him the label and product, he said he was new he cannot take the return since then no efforts are being made to take the return neither any respond from the customer care email . The mail only say that we will contact you shortly within 48 hrs .which i had tried many times but all in vain.

I had placed an order of 2 suits through Louis Phillip app, and wanted to return 1 of them. I initiated the return 2 days after receiving the product which was on 12th of the last month, but so far neither it has been picked nor have we received any word from them. In the absence of a contact number, we are totally helpless and at their mercy. The return window of 30 days is also coming to an end, and we have no clue what to do. Please help, if possible.

I purchased two suits from Louis Philippe, out of which I initiated the return of one on 12th of last month, But it has not been picked up for over 20 days. The return window of 30 days is about to end. They have no contact number and we are totally at their mercy, Do not know what to do and how to reach them for their word on this issue. Please help.

Return for order 6897005 return id[protected] was initiated. The courier partner Shadowfax never showed up to take the item. Several emails to Louis philippe and calls to Shadowfax have elicited no response.

I bought a tshirt from your store of Rs 2999/- and i used it just for one time the stuff of your tshirt is not up to mark as the amount you charged me…the threads of tshirt are running out of it before you wash & when i complaint about it in your store the gave me time for 15 days for quality check & they told me that they will call me now after one& half months i get my tshirt return in the same condition they told me that it is not our fault you have cut it with some sharp thing…why should i cut my tshirt i will take care of it because i have spend ₹2999/- on a branded product….is it your quality??? I m a regular customer of Louis phillpe but now this time i m very disappointed with your services…i thing local stores of clothes gives more better services from you…..i also bought products from other stores if their product have some problem they will replace it … without giving any excuses I don’t want any other product i just want the same but replace it with new one

Return not picked by Shadow fox and rude behaviour
Dear LP Team,
Your pickup partner shadowfox rider visited my place for pickup. The person who visited had no knowledge of return.
The reason for rejection: The price difference between the shoe box and his mobile app. He wants Rs. 4999/- to be shown it seems. The discounted amount he was not understanding
I tried explaining to him and making him understand. He did not listen and the QC rejected right in front of me. He was very rude and not professional.
Then I spoke to his manager and he understood the mistake made by his team. Later on collected the material from me stating he will get the same corrected.
After 2 days he returned back the material. Now nobody is bothered.
It has been a pathetic experience this time even though being a gold customer. Please arrange for a refund immediately

And now the product is not of any use, as the colour is completely gone in some area which make it of no use. Being such a big firm we didn't expect such a bad experience from their end. I have purchased a pleated pant from louisphilippe store at palasio mall lucknow on 3rd june.i asked salesman to show me cotton or tericot trouser.after trial i got altered as per my height.
But yesterday when i wore that, i found it is uncomfortable, when i checked this i found a sticker on it showing that cloth is blended wool.
I could not wear.
Such things salesman are doing only to increase sale.so i advice all that dont rely on salesman, you check these small things thoroughly, by this my price of pant 5500/went waste.
This is not expected from such brand.they are befooling us.billing was done with phone no [protected]

I have purchased 3 shirts and one sock from your kamla Nagar, Delhi store on 26.05.2022 for a total cost of Rs. 8100/- on which an amount of Rs. 750/- is deducted as discount. But the bill was given to me for Rs. 5896/- i.e., additional discount of Rs. 1500 as a voucher is also applied which was not told to me.

I have purchased my husband shirt from Louis Philippe store saharanpur hardly 15 days after one wash the shirt was damaged in the collar area then I took the shirt nd went to the Louis Philippe store personally who refused to accept it then I asked then they send it the shirt to quality check team but they r not respond nd refused it the way ur team handled this matter is very bad on ur part nd this is definitely a quality issue you don't axpect such a poor quality from a product when you pay 3240/- i don't require such a cheap fabrics from hard earned money please get ur article return nd my money back or exchange the shirt

On the 8th of January 2022 I have placed an order for a LP jeans with order numbers 5609880 and 5609932. In one of the transaction INR 1389 has been debited from my account but transaction failed and in another transaction of INR 2039 went through and I have returned the product the same day. I have been waiting for the refund of the said money for the past 10 days and I have mailed the company and I haven't received an proper reply.

I ordered a shirt on Louis Philippe on Dec 9th and it was delivered on 13th. I raised a return request immediately and I have been waiting for more than 10 days now. The courier service contacted me once and rescheduled it saying that they will pick it up the next day. Even after 4 days the courier service has not contacted me and when I tried contacting shadowfax their behaviour was very rude. Kindly arrange for pickup with another courier partner and do the same quickly.

Return cancelled without informing me
I raised one return request to louis Philippe on 28th Nov and got message for pickup on 29th but pickup wasn't attempted by anyone. Next day again I got message but still no pickup attempted. I contacted Shadowfax and they assured to reschedule the pickup soon but it is cancelled. I am trying to contact Louis Philippe from 5th Dec via phone and emails but no response.
Today shadowfax confirmed that the pickup is cancelled from Louis side.
But no one informed me. Not even responding to my emails.
I don't want this blazer and i want my refund.

Downgraded Louis Philippe Standard of Quality
I’m taken aback by the downgrading standard of Louis Philippe. I purchased a LP men’s Jacket from Orion Mall (MBO), Bangalore before the Covid-19 lockdown. I got it from the fresh stock for about 5k.
I hardly wore it twice or thrice yet got it dry cleaned properly by the end of the season, however, the fabric of the jacket is crinkled up. Apparently, it’s a Fabric Quality issue which, Louis Philippe disdained at the Quality-Check stage.
I never expected such awful experience with a niche brand like LP. I should’ve rather purchased Arrow or USPA jackets, which were available for half the price of my LP jacket.
Highly disgruntled! A complete waste of my money!
Hoping for someone to be sincere enough to provide an appropriate resolution.

Louis Philippe, may be it was a BIG name before and the service I received was horrendous and pathetic. The website looks nice and rosy. I ordered a Louis Philippe Black Kurta And Pyjama - Color: Black, Size:42, firstly the delivery services were too bad, we had to go and pick it up from the courier after 2 days. All said and done we said its ok, we were happy to get our delivery, once we opened it up, it was a very old pc, the Pyjama was ok but the main wear the kurta had loose buttons as if somehas been wering this for a long time, so also there was a cigarette burnt hole on the sleeve. I could not beleive it, this is coming from Louis Philippe. It was an occassion I had to wear it next day, it was a dissater. I called up customer service, they were so rude and miserable. They blindly informed me return it and they will refund the money. No customer service and concern for the customers. Myntra is a way much much better.
Later I survey email to ask about the service and I replied giving them all the information . For which I recieved a email, we already have refunded you the money, so dont write to us again about the same item. I did not write again, but just replied to their survey.
