This is regarding my Louis Philip Return order (ID 316951). I had send the package from Trivandrum through The Professional Courier on 7th of January and I was keeping track on the shipment. The shipment was send to Ecommerce Division, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. No. 60/1, Sri Narayana Building, Universal Compound, Kodichikkanahalli Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru - 560068 as mentioned in the website .Later the consignment was returned to my address. Courier status was showing as "No Such Person in the Given Address " . When I contacted The Professional courier regional office I was told that The Louis Philippe warehouse has so many procedure like gate pass etc and they could not deliver it to the mentioned address. I had lost Rs 150 here. Now after contacting Loius Philippe customer care through mail I was given another address Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle), C/o Safexpress Pvt Ltd., Survey No.44, Soukya Road, Kacharkanahalli (Village), Hoskote Taluk
Bangalore, Karnataka 560067 to send the consignment .I had resend the consignment through DTDC courier (AWB # R[protected] on 20th of Jan.On 23rd they too updated that " Not Delivered(RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY) ". Now again I called up LP customer care and now they are saying that it was a mistake from their side and it cannot be delivered to the address mentioned and that I need to resend it to the address mentioned in their website . Again this courier charge is gone from my pocket which is for a mistake from LP customer care side. Now I have to resend it through another courier . If Louis Philippe cannot accept returns or their process is improper why should customer have to bear all this. Already I have lost 300 Rs on courier and now I have to send it again through a costly courier which is their preferred courier. They are not ready to refund the courier amount too.
