I ordered a shirt on Louis Philippe on Dec 9th and it was delivered on 13th. I raised a return request immediately and I have been waiting for more than 10 days now. The courier service contacted me once and rescheduled it saying that they will pick it up the next day. Even after 4 days the courier service has not contacted me and when I tried contacting shadowfax their behaviour was very rude. Kindly arrange for pickup with another courier partner and do the same quickly. Was this information helpful? |
