I had puchased LP black lace up formal shoe from TrendIN.com on 28.01.2016 and effectively used only for one month. Generally i used shoe of Redtape or Ruosh but this time i purchased LP shoe on the belief of brand name. And my experience is very worst with the product.
Within a use of one month the shoe sole back side has detached and due to not having any other spare shoe, i have to use the same shoe for my regular office with discomfort.

Ranchi store manager is not good with customer...His attitude is very arrogant which is against the customer expectations..Therefore being a regular customer of louis philippe it is not expected...Take serious action on this.
