Louis Philippe — Shoes order online product not received till date ....

Dear All,
This is regarding my order order number 2551741 on 5th Jan 2017 and they told delivery will be given on 10th Jan 2017 but till date not received the product till date after calling they told you will receive in 24-48 hrs then today again I called them they told that your order will be cancelled as stock is not available. So after calling them they informed me and I have already paid for the same. I don't know how they will refund me the amount...As product is not deliver so how come they will refund me the amount.

Updated by anmolak Such a big company and no updates on product track and also not informing customer about the order cancelled...When I call them they told it's cancelled...

Updated by anmolak I have ordered shoes online of Louis Philippe shoes order no 2551741 online through Louis Philippe company website on 5th Jan 2017 and they have told you will receive the order by 10 th Jan 2017 till date no intimation then when I called on customer care they told that due to product unavailable will not be able to deliver the product as your order is cancelled ...But I told you have not intimated no information sent and I have also paid the money online for the product when I asked when will I receive my refund they told will speak with the account people and revert you but no update about my refund only sent that whether you have cancelled the product...I have not received any product and having a dobut of refund as well.
