I have still not received any documented communication from either of you confirming our discussions. I am trying to contact Shakeer on[protected] but i am simply put on hold with no response.

I would like to email this entire chain of emails to your MD's office incase this unresponsive attitude continues.An unresponsive staff can spoil the image of Aditya Birla Group and LP.

This has reference to your call some time back apologising for the delay in responsding as you claim you were on leave. You have informed me that you have received a feedback from your quality control personnel confirming that my compalint is justified and you will refund the amount by way of gift vouchers.

I would appreciate if i am refunded the amount as i have enquired with LP outlet i would not be allowed to avail any discount scheme on your gift vouchers during a sale / Scheme . If i am refunded the amount i could pick up Trousers during a sale at the discounted / scheme price

If you are not refunding the amount kindly ensure that i am allowed to use these coupons on the net discounted amount during any sale period.

The person from your parel showroom has collected the 3 Trousers yesterday.
In the striped one.you will notice that there is a extra lining which I had kept when I got it altered at your showroom and used it after it shrunk.
The material for the trousers is most certainly not worth paying 2000 for a LP brand.

Confirming our discussions ofdate. As already informed it will not be convenient for me to drop it at your LP showroom at Lower Parel since it is out of the way for me which is why i have requested that it be collected from my residence.

The fact is inspite of all stringent quality control tests as mentioned in your email below the product has failed. This product is bought from companys showroom hence there is no possibility of it not being genuine LP brand. The material is neither prewashed before stitching to avoid shrinkage nor is the texture of the material by any standard matching the hight standard of LP, There are no instructions labeled for dyed material to wash seperately and finally one cant use trouser material be used as a inner lining for another trouser. If your quality standards were as high as you have stated, the above should have been taken care of. Rs 6000 is not a small amount for 3 trousers.

Kindly request you to arrange to get the same collected at the earliest or you can arrange with your courier to get it collected.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased 3 Trousers from Louis Philippe, Unit # 2, Block # 2, Skyzone Phase 1, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai around May 2013 I am also a member of the upper crust[protected] and a regular user of the LP products I had purchased 3 trousers in Balck color with 1 in black stipes. I started wearing them from July. In 6 months the Trousers has lost its shine, texture and Shrunk.

There was no instructions labeled that i was supposed to wash it seperately as a result It spoiled my other clothes when washed it because the color was not solid.
Secondly the fabric used is not of a good quality and the color has faded in a couple of washes.
I was surprised to note that the stripped trouser that i purchased, the same material was used as a inside linning in my other 2 Black Trousres ( Photographs attached ) One cannot use Trouser lining material for a Trouser or vice versa. Not expected from a Brand like 'LP' Each Trouser cost 2000 Definately not worth more than Rs 500 for the kind of fabric and stitching quality.One can get better quality for 1/4 the price.

Aditya Birla respresents LP brand and i buy it purely for the Brand value and quality and it has failed in both. This is the 2 nd time i have faced problems on quality.
We pay a premium on a brand like ‘ Louis Philippe’ and expect the company not to cheat customers by using cheap Fabric.
of which the shine and the texture have faded in 6 months.

I would request you to please have the trousers collected from my residence at E 30 Godrej Baug, Off Napeansea Road, Munbai 400026 and i would like your QC to check the material and the fabric quality and incase you feel my complain is genuine you may kindly replace the same. Incase you feel the fabric is up to Brand LP standards I have nothing to add and 'LP'may please keep them with my compliments and no need to return them.
